These terms govern your use of Tellmemore, an app that turns a child's spoken story idea into an illustrated audio story using AI. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any child profiles you add.
Accounts are created and owned by an adult parent or guardian. Child profiles live inside a parent's account and are managed by that parent โ a child does not sign up independently. A parental gate (a short adult check) protects account and billing actions from being triggered by a child using a shared device.
Only upload voice recordings, photos, or story prompts you have the right to share โ e.g. your own voice, or a photo of a family member with their consent. Voice cloning requires you to explicitly record a spoken consent statement before we create a synthetic voice model from your recording.
Stories, illustrations, narration and video are generated by third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude, GPT Image, Cartesia, OpenAI Whisper) based on your child's prompt. Generated content is automatically screened for age-appropriateness, but AI output can be imperfect โ please review stories before sharing them further and report anything inappropriate via support.
Story, illustration, and narration generation consume credits under your plan. Subscription billing, upgrades, and cancellation are managed from Settings. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund consumed credits unless required by law.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings โ Danger Zone, or by emailing hello@tellmemore.work. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to generate content that harms children, or violate these terms.
Tellmemore is provided "as is". We work to keep generated content safe and age-appropriate, but as a parent you remain responsible for reviewing what your child creates and hears.
