Common questions

• How do I delete my account and my child's data? Go to Settings → Danger Zone while signed in, or email us at hello@tellmemore.work and we will delete it for you. See our Privacy Policy for what deletion removes.
• How do I cancel my subscription? Settings → Subscription, or email us and we'll cancel it on your behalf.
• A story generated something inappropriate for my child. Please report it via Settings → Help or email us directly — include the story so we can review it.
• I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen choose "Sign in with email", then "Forgot password?". We email you a link that works once, for 30 minutes. If you signed up with Google or Apple there is no password — sign in with that button, or email us if you can't access that account.
• How do I change my password? Signed in, go to Settings → Change password. Changing it signs you out on every other device, and we email you a notice.
