Common questions

• How do I delete my account and my child's data? Go to Settings → Danger Zone while signed in, or email us at hello@tellmemore.work and we will delete it for you. See our Privacy Policy for what deletion removes.
• How do I cancel my subscription?Settings → Subscription, or email us and we'll cancel it on your behalf.
• A story generated something inappropriate for my child. Please report it via Settings → Help or email us directly — include the story so we can review it.
• I forgot my password.Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen, or email us if you signed up with Google/Apple and can't access that account.
